Do you work outside Gauteng?

Yes. Our SaaS products work anywhere in South Africa with internet connectivity. For on-site project work, we regularly travel to Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, and KwaZulu-Natal. Travel costs are quoted separately and transparently.

How long does a typical project take?

A simple EnergyIQ deployment (meter install + SaaS activation) takes 1–2 weeks. A full SCADA integration takes 4–16 weeks depending on complexity. Our AI-assisted engineering workflow is typically 40% faster than traditional integrators.

Can your SaaS work with our existing SCADA?

Yes — all our SaaS products are designed to work alongside or independently from existing SCADA systems. We connect via OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, or REST API. No rip-and-replace required.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You own your data. Upon cancellation, we export all your historical data in CSV/JSON format and delete it from our Azure servers within 30 days. Full POPIA compliance is non-negotiable.

Do you require a long-term contract?

SaaS products are month-to-month with no lock-in after the initial 3-month onboarding period. Projects require a standard engineering agreement. We believe in earning your renewal, not locking you in.
